delivery & returns

 
Place your order online before 3pm on any weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we’ll get your order shipped the same day via whichever service you have chosen. If your order is placed during the weekend it will go out first thing on Monday.

Free UK Standard Shipping

If you choose Free UK Standard Delivery:

  • It's free!
  • Your parcel will arrive within 5 working days (excluding weekends) after you place your order
  • Your order may arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm (including Saturdays) and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.


Next Day delivery is sent by Interlink Express and is covered by their 1 hour predict service.

Interlink Express will provide you with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel.

When Interlink Express deliver to you:

  • You are given a one hour delivery window
  • You are are notified of this by text or email
  • If not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date
    All UK orders over £80 receive free next day delivery via Interlink Express Next Day
    (excluding Saturday).
    UK orders between £20 and £79 are sent via Interlink Express Next Day at a cost of £6 per order.
    UK orders under £20 (excluding sale items) are sent via Interlink Express Next Day
    delivery charged at £5.

 

We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up which is why we use Interlink Express "Predict" delivery service with a one hour delivery window for all our UK Next Day customers.

We now deliver to the whole of Europe. Quotes for postage can be obtained in the cart area once a product is selected. Any other quiries ive us a quick call or mail.

returns & refund

UK Customers

Do you want to return something? No problem!

  • Contact us via email, or before you send things back as we will arrange a return for you
  • You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 28 days of receiving your original order. Just contact us to arrange the details of your return
  • We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS?

  • The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.
  • The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
  • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to contact us quoting your order number.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order.
  • The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
  • We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
