Returns and Exchanges info.
We want shopping with Lost Art to be as pain free as possible but we also know returns are just as important in the shopping process as product and customer service! Please take the time to read below to find out how we can help you make the right purchase and sort out any problems you have quickly and painlessly.

Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 28 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. We've extended our policy period to 28 days because we realise you might be busy with other things too.
We offer a refund or exchange service but we can't refund your original or return postage costs, if you have simply changed your mind. Sale items are non refundable unfortunately.
We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them. Please be careful when trying shoes on, we don't accept returns on shoes if there are marks on the out sole, UNIDENTIFIED OBJECTS stuck in the tread or bobbles/sock fluff on the inside. We're not into it when we get shoes returned without the paper lining in the box or the original shoe box at all, so please look after this too. Please don't wash stuff and pretend that's it still new either. Thanks a lot.
If free shipping was used then the original shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund. This amount will always be £4 for UK customers
Christmas Returns
We have extended our returns policy for all Christmas presents to 28 days starting from Christmas day.
How To Make A Return :
- If you don't have one in your box - Download the Lost Art Returns Form : Lost Art Returns / Exchange Form
- Contact us at to recieve a returns number and then purchase a DISCOUNTED return / exchange shipping label below
- Fill out the Returns Form, let us know who you are, what you are sending back, what's wrong and if you need a refund or exchange.
- If you are returning items from outside of the EU, please write on the outside of the package 'Returned goods, relief applied for.' This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges.
- Please ship your Goods and Returns Form using our returns service as stated above, we're not responsible for returns in transit that do not use this service so please use it as its a lot cheaper too.
- We will take care of everything when your goods arrive back and we'll let you know if there's anything we need to talk to you about.
Faulty Goods
The same 28 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if something's going to go wrong, it will go wrong quickly if it's a manufacturers defect.
We can't accept returns due to excessive wear of a product.

Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations. See below for more information.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS?
- The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.
- The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
- We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to contact us quoting your order number.
- If you have already received your order, you will need to return all of the items in the order.
- The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
- We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
